 Are you or your clients looking for high-quality, locally handcrafted, Custom Box Beams? At Sonoma Millworks, we offer a variety of inspiring wood and texture options in a wide array of FSC and reclaimed wood – made-to-order in most any custom size and quantity required. 

Unlike solid timbers, high-quality engineered box beams allow you
to customize widths, lengths, textures, and finishes to your exacting specs–allowing your inspiration to come to life! 

Our team of Artisans handcraft them to be almost indistinguishable
from solid beams. For extra-long beams with added strength, we apply a tongue and groove spline miter to extend them to the desired length. 

Engineered beams are also lighter in weight and can be great for wrapping exposed structural elements. Due to the labor involved in manufacturing, box beams are typically more expensive than solid beams. Volume & Industry discounts apply.
