About Lawson Cypress: It is great for outdoor use. There is an inherent chemical called Cypressene that gives this wood exceptional resistance to rot, decay, and insect damage.
About Yakisugi Charred wood: Yakisugi is a traditional Japanese method of wood preservation by slightly charring the surface of the wood to increase durability. It’s used in Architecture for its performance as well as it’s unique look.
